Our slogan is “Our family putting your family back on the road,” but it’s more than a slogan. It’s how we run our business. We’re a family-owned and operated collision repair shop. Our owners are previous body shop owners from up North who have been in the industry for over 30 years. We operated at our last location for about two and a half years. Our current site has been open since January 2023. We take pride in our history, being family-owned, and treating every customer like a part of the family. We provide empathetic service because we genuinely care about our customers. Our goal is always to give each customer a personalized experience and make Collision repair as friendly and efficient as possible. Our shop is also proud to belong to the Carolina Collision Association.

Our shop is I-CAR certified, so you can rest assured that our technicians have the most up-to-date training available, meaning the job will get done right the first time. I-CAR certification is the standard for excellence within the collision repair industry, and – you guessed it – we have it. At Herring and Son Collision, it’s imperative to provide friendly service. However, it’s even more important to us to provide top-notch repairs you can depend on. That’s why our technicians are I-CAR certified and fully prepared to handle any auto collision repairs, RV collision repairs, and glass replacement you may need.

Sometimes, auto parts will be on backorder, meaning we won’t be able to perform the repairs until the parts come in.
